This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our office and support the flow of information to our North River factory.

Position: Office Manager

  • Supervisor: CFO
  • Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
  • Location: Rogue Valley, OR

As the Office Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our CFO, HR/Payroll, Sales, and other management teams, ensuring the seamless flow of information and operations between our offices and the North River factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Match and gather all accounts payable documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Financial Processing: Handle remote processing of checks and bank cash deposits as needed.
  • Office Management: Keep the office running smoothly with basic office skills, and interact with vendors and customers.
  • Employee Liaison: Serve as a key contact between employees and the North River Factory, including semi-monthly time approval for payroll processing.
  • Credit Card Management: Match and code monthly credit cards.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis and reconciliations of various accounts.
  • Front Desk Duties: Manage the front desk and phones, providing a welcoming presence for visitors and callers.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform all other duties as assigned and appropriate to the position.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of full-process Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word. Must be computer literate.
  • Organizational Abilities: Must be organized, accurate, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Able to communicate and work effectively with all levels within the company, including the President, vendors, customers, and fellow employees.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of assemblies, fabrication, and manufacturing is a plus.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
